At Barnstable Riding we take great pride in our line of premium equestrian leather goods. All of our products are fully guaranteed against any defect in workmanship and materials, and we will gladly replace or repair any product found to be defective at no cost to you (or your customer).

We are not responsible however, for normal wear or damage to our products during use. We will gladly accept any product as a return that is defective or that you have received in error but we cannot be responsible for incorrect measurements taken by customers or shops. Legitimate returns must be accompanied by a letter stating the reason for dissatisfaction, and we will replace items which cannot be repaired.
